Audio Visual Sales Position

Advance Technology, located in the coastal town of Scarborough Me. is seeking to increase the presence of our Audiovisual Division by adding salespeople to our team. All experience levels available.
Our sales person will be responsible for generating new business, developing marketing strategies, preparing proposals, and making sales presentations. They will work on a continuous basis to identify new opportunities for expansion of the division into new territories. The ideal candidate will have experience in video teleconferencing, audio visual/presentation, room control and audio systems. All experience levels will be considered.

Audio Visual Technician
Due to the continued growth of our Audio Visual Division, Advance Technology is once again seeking qualified AV Technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of AV system installation including wiring, rack fabrication, final connection/termination, and system commissioning. Two years field experience preferred, and have a valid driver's license.
CTS certification, Crestron system programming, installation and diagnostic testing skills are desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele including good written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills is required. Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

Security Sales Position

They will work on a continuous basis to identify new opportunities for expansion of the division. The ideal candidate will have experience in Video Surveillance, Access Control or Gating solutions.

Senior Sales Engineer (IP Video, A/V Systems)
Duties:
- Design & develop efficient solutions for IP Video, Physical Access Control, Patient Monitoring and Audio/Visual systems.
- Promote, engineer and assist in sales of new engineering products to customers.
- Supervise junior sales engineers.
- Study industry and identify future market trends.
- Assess viability of market trends and engineer profitable solutions.
- Interface with staff sales engineers to create superior electronic solutions.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent in Security System Design/Implementation, Electronics or related.
- 5 years experience in same or related Security, A/V engineering or sales engineering position.
- Concurrent experience is acceptable. Will accept suitable combination of education, training and experience.
